FD60, FD120, FD240 Fire Rated Steel Doorsets We supply a range of fire rated steel doors, rated for 1 hour, 2 hour and 4 hours and designed to protect personnel and property from the spread of flames and smoke. Our steel doors construction can offer inherent benefits above and beyond that expected from traditional timber doors; strength, security and durability extended fire resistance. They will not rot, warp or support infestation by vermin and insects. The slim single rebate frame used as standard allows the fire door to be easily used instead of a timber door. As with our flush doors they are supplied fully assembled and finished which means only one site visit to fit. The doors have been tested in the United Kingdom to BS 476 Part 20 & 22 at Warrington Fire Research Centre. Sizes Each door is custom made. The maximum size is 1250mm wide for a single door and 2500mm for a double door with a maximum height of 2500mm. This does not include side or over panels, which can be supplied solid or glazed.
