Fully Louvred Doorsets
Our louvre design allows for maximum airflow. We can also offer matching fixed louvre panels and continuous run louvres for large apertures and plant decking screening. The door is also available in stainless steel. Door Sizes Each door is custom made to suit your structural opening up to 1390mm wide x 2900mm high on single doors and 2580mm wide x 2900mm high on double doors. Special over sizes may be possible. Leaf Specification The door leaf is constructed from steel with a minimum thickness of 1.2mm. The louvre blades are inclined at 45 degrees and mounted at 50mm centres within a 50mm deep angle frame, which is mounted on a box section sub-frame for rigidity. Galvanised bird mesh and insect mesh is available at extra cost. The bottom louvre blade is extended over the outer frame to prevent ingress of water and provide drainage. Frame Specification The door frame is constructed from 1.6mm zinc protected steel formed into our standard 185mm deep single rebate frame. A 250mm double rebate frame for cross cavity fitting is available at extra cost. The frame is fitted with 3 No. Class 13 Stainless Steel hinges complete with 2 No. security dog bolts. Finishes The door is supplied as standard grey primed ready for on site painting (by others). The door can be powder coated in a range of BS/RAL colours. Please note that doors in yellow will incur extra cost as they have to be double coated. Standard features include:

and industrial applications in a wide variety of buildings. The door
leaves
are constructed from steel and hung in our unique steel
single rebate frames. These louvred doors can be used in conjunction
with our other door ranges allowing hardware and finishes to be matched.
